Craig and Carol Hill are originally from Northern Georgia. They have two adult daughters, Catherine, and Alison. They have always been passionate about loving people well with the gifts that God has given them. Carol loves to host people and feed them well. Craig likes to work with wood to build anything from furniture to wall decor!

They have been involved in missions since 1998. They started out in Honduras with Orphanage Emmanuel to help construct a school, playground and large chicken houses. After Hurricane Mitch destroyed much of the country, they begin helping to build houses around Tegucigalpa and continued taking trips to Honduras for over 10 years. Craig and Carol have also helped with domestic disaster relief in Florida and in Mississippi after Hurricane Ivan and Hurricane Katrina. They also helped to aid relief efforts in Haiti after the 2010 earthquake where they worked on building two orphanages and a few houses. Craig and Carol’s many connections soon led them to Guatemala.

Although there had been many trips to many different countries, this one was different. Craig heard God say, “Welcome home. This is where I want you to be.” Five years and many trips later, Craig and Carol have moved to Guatemala to join the Adventures Guatemala team and manage the Casa de Fuego Hostel! The testimony of God’s faithfulness in their lives is a witness to everyone they work with. They share, “Everywhere we have been, God has opened doors to serve. We believe that God has led us to full time service in Guatemala. Love Jesus, serve people.”
